I had lunch here 2 years ago and wasn’t too impressed so I decided to give them another go. I had the double classic combo with cheese. The fries were hot and pretty good but the burger was just so-so. It was just a bit dry. Not over-cooked but not juicy either. Another slice of cheese might help or maybe a bit more veggies. I’ll probably try the mushroom swiss next time too see if it tastes better with a single patty.

I always get the black and blue burger with pineapple. And it’s always great! I’ve tried calling ahead before, but they don’t make the food until you show up, so no running by really quickly. They do daily cobbler, but they mix it up so it’s a new one each day of the week. I never seem to show up on the right day for blackberry.

On 04.22.23 I ordered a Hawaiian Chicken sandwich combo and received a hamburger combo. Fries weren’t fresh and strawberry Lemonade had no flavor. I normally receive good service from Backyard Burger but not on this occasion. I guess you can say I didn’t get what I paid for. I live to far to go back but I did try calling to let them know that I received the wrong order but the phone line continued to stay busy.
