Oh wow! This food overall was fantastic. It took everything in my soul to eat the Jazzy Wings like I had a little home training. I would recommend if ordering an appetizer for the table to order two. The chicken breast was moist and tender. Would definitely recommend. Now, the alcoholic beverages is truly alcoholic beverages. I don’t drink much but my girlfriends wanted to have drinks and I will say drinks should be “drink”. The service was fantastic D and Shaw took great care of us. We will be coming back soon!

We were wanting to come to DJ’s Steakhouse for a while as a family. We immediately loved the automosphere when we arrived. The dark hues and the beautiful rose wall was a classy touch, along with the musician (supper club vibe).

Visited last week and it was such a wonderful experience. Carlos was our server and he was very personable and informative. While I was not a fan of the oxtails (too greasy), I’m still raving about the Jazzy Wings and I’m ready to come back for more. I was literally scraping my plate and singing to my chicken . Also they’re huge or at least large than store bought. The turkey leg and frozen drinks were great too.

Came for Hubby’s birthday dinner. Made reservations, and upon arrival, was sat down immediately. We tried the Soul food. The food was hot, and very tasty!! Will definitely be back to try out another entree!

I’ve actually been here a few years ago with my sisters for a quick girls night and it was nice. I wanted to take my Hunny for his bday this weekend and thought I’d check the reviews before reserving because he’s very picky. After I visit I have to say that some of the reviews were hit or Miss. I guess it just depends on what day you go and other things. Our experience was AWESOMMME. The food was great, was out fast, server was sweet, atmosphere was soooo chill and romantic. It was a Friday night and the crowd want bad at alll. I got ox tails with collards, yams and Mac n cheese. AHHHHMAZINNGG. My Hunny got the Mac n cheese stuffed Turkey leg. Lawwwwwd!!!! Score the gratuity I would say our bill was abt $57 per person. So a total of $115ish because we had drinks too. I’m so glad I took him here. He loved it. So my advice, take the reviews with a grain of salt. Check it out for yourself.

Came in on Sunday January 8 at noon for a reservation party of 35plus with advanced notice, from the nasty parking lot, Bent handicap space pole, old newspaper on ramp near outdoor patio tiles falling off building I was skeptical. We had the far left walk area middle table and surrounded booths. I went to ladies room the door was already opened I could smell it before I reached it. Sewage rotten smell was loud and toxic. The food was okay I got(2) DJ breakfast waiter older Hispanic guy brought two bowls of eggs ask for them back, then gave them back one plate had more eggs the other order had no eggs. He seemed overwhelmed and nervous because of so many people. I asked for coffee he said we ran out coffee cups, I asked for cranberry mimosas it was watered down and pink with very little cranberry juice, I asked for more cranberry juice he brought a shot glass full of water down cranberry pink not dark blush colored then charged me $3.99 for it. Bacon burnt and after all orders placed there were not enough steak’s restaurants ran out. I’m confused it has steakhouse in the name on the building. I was totally disappointed. Y’all must do better by the way this was my first and last visit. I came I saw and I did support a black owned business

The atmosphere and music selection were great. The spinach dip lacked spinach too creamy, and the crab cakes weren’t the best. The smoked turkey leg, collar greens, and mac & cheese were delicious. Drinks were okay, I recommend at least trying the restaurant for yourself.

Amazing food, impeccable service, fabulous cocktails! Classy vibe! I brought in a party of 28, the Manager AJ organized seating promptly and sat us immediately, our sever, served us promptly, efficiently, friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. Jada Single handedly rocked it!!!! I love this food, I can’t wait to return. Y’all don’t sleep on this! Get here, you will not regret it . The stuffed pork chops will make you holla!
