I ordered a meal online when my meal was delivered the person left my food on the ground outside and did not knock on the door or call or text. I got no notification that my food was delivered and I found it on the ground outside at night. The person left my gate open; which it was closed when they arrived so they should have closed it upon departure. Also, the food is burned and hard to chew. The Papadias have barely any meat or content in it. I’ve had papadias before from different Papa John’s locations and usually they have a good amount of ingredients inside

This is by far the worse papa johns ive been to. Horrible customer service, management is just as bad. You can spend up to 15 mins on hold just to order your pizza, a 2hr wait for your pizza and still receive a burnt overcooked pizza. When i called to complain they knew of the issue and still sent me these pizzas.

I use to order from this place atleast 2 times a month as my kids love pizza. Today we found hair in our pizza. I called the store and told the manager what happened, never asked for a refund, only wanted them to send us a new pizza. Her responses was my 18 minute distance was to far away for them to travel, what? But cool, refund me my money and this place I been patronizing every month for atleast 5 years will no longer get my business. I’m completely disgusted!

I frequently order Papa Johns pizza because my family and I like the quality of it. However, today July 3, 2022, I received a strange looking cheese pizza and a used cup of garlic sauce inside the pizza box. I called the store and spoke to the general manager, Jay, about my concerns. I stated what was wrong and said we don’t know if this food is harmful or poisonous and he went very belligerent calling me rude for pointing out that I do not feel the food is safe for my family to eat, which I had every right given the condition of the pizza. As a long standing customer who helps keep Papa Johns in business, I don’t appreciate the response I received. It was very unprofessional and rude. I hope to get my refund as he stated but I also had to make corporate aware of the treatment the general provided to a valid complaint. People want to trust what they are consuming.

Pizza is always good. Ranging from regular cheese pizza to meat lovers me and the family are satisfied. Delivery service is very prompt and online traction is accurate. However if you want to decrease you wait time, I suggest a generous tip of $10-$15. I had a wait time of 40 minutes and my tip was $10. Surprisingly my pizza was delivered in 15 minutes from the time I ordered online. It doesn’t hurt to show love. We’re all in this together.
