After a 14 hour day, just wanted to hurry and pick up a meal so I can get home and spend a little time w/the fam. Realized that wasn’t gonna happen after I’d been sitting in line so long the speaker came on welcoming me to burger king again. Yes I had already placed my order and hadn’t moved. So after another 15 mins I finally got to the window. They didn’t know what drink i ordered, probably cause they didn’t ask the first time. Got my meal and left. Got home, meal wasn’t what I ordered, was cold, fries were stale and the burger had a funny taste. Tossed that meal and settled for a Nutella sandwich. Thanks burger king employee’s, I truly hope at some point in your lives that the customers are why you have a job and a little effort doesn’t take much. I never ever leave reviews, EVER, think about that one.

I went there about 5 days earlier than this visit and all the food was fine. So I go back on Wed. 5-24-2023 The girl at the drive through window was nice and attentive. I ordered with a coupon for 2 whopper jr’s & 2 medium fries at a descent price. I asked for cheese on both burgers which was on the receipt. I also asked for no pickles or onions on both burgers. The order was repeated back to me through the speaker. One burger had lettuce and ONION no tomato & NO CHEESE. The 2nd burger was prepared without onions or pickles but again NO CHEESE!

Food is good. The service was very bad. They was not paying attention to what I was ordering. Walked out very unsatisfied.
