We placed an order via the app for the Jimmy Johns on Pacific Ave and it somehow ended up at the Jimmy Johns on Hosmer. After finding out that our order never made it to our intended Jimmy Johns location we called the Hosmer location to request a refund. The representative on the phone told us they couldn’t find our order even though the charge on our card stated their store number. They refused to give a refund and when I asked further questions, the employee said they were going to ask the manager and then left me on hold for over 15 minutes. Save yourself a terrible customer experience and drive to the Pascific Ave location, the staff there was excellent.

I usually use the drive-thru when I get sandwiches at the store on Hosmer but, I was running late & had them delivered. I’m slow on line so, I called them. The person who took & delivered my order was great, my order was perfect & so tasty. My only complaint is, Jimmy Johns had no way for me to tip with my credit card over the phone, like everyone else does, & I still do no contact delivery & only had enough cash for a poor tip. That’s my suggestion, let people tip over the phone with their card. The drivers deserve it.

Ah Jimmy John’s. Good reliable sandwiches. And the app just added app stickers, which I find hilarious and fun! Husband and I are working our way through the menu. I am a big fan of the peppers, and out them on just about anything. We each have different preferences, and Jimmy John’s has been pretty consistent with meeting those requests. Like no tomatoes or mayo. The staff here are very friendly, one even went in from her break to grab my order. Above and beyond every time.

I don’t usually complain too much, but I don’t like My time wasted. I had called ahead to put in an order for two JJ Gargantuan subs with extra cheese at 03:48 pm while I was on My way to them from appx 2 miles away. With traffic, should take about 7 minutes according to maps (Which was accurate). So I walk in, and was greeted nicely and promptly. Problem was, he didn’t know where My order was or by chance didn’t understand that I was a pickup order even though I told him I had previously called in an order. So halfway through reordering, someone came around the corner and said that she remembered My call and that I was not a new order, and then looked around for My order.
