I went drive-through as I was just craving salty French fries. My order was taken and at window one was the kindest smile I could have hoped for. She took my card payment and asked me to complete the survey. I did! The fries were wicked hot and perfectly salty. The price is a little steep, but their fries are consistent and Id hire that nice young lady at the first window in a heartbeat. Attitude is Everything!

The staff were nice and the burgers and fries were exactly what I expect from McDs, the burgers especially were perfectly made. Really what can you expect from a fast food restaurant that’s attached to a gas station. The quality of the food changes from day to day. As well as the service. Fast doesn’t seem to be a priority. If it wasn’t for the proximity to my work I would seek lunch elsewhere.

I accidentally ordered my kids meal without her “ketchup only” i got to second window and asked if they already made the cheeseburger they said yes. I just asked to buy another one the way she wanted it. The manager came over handed me my money back and told me to drive back around they cant take money at this window. The registers for the front are literally right there. There was nobody behind me so input it in reverse and paid at the first window to pull up 10 seconds later. It was my fault for ordering wrong but some common sense goes a long way.

Didn’t go inside so don’t know how it is inside. The food isn’t the best seems like over the years the fries have gotten worse, used to love the fries but now they sacre me (check youtube type in cigafry) you won’t be too keen on the fries anymore. Filthy inside and not at a busy time of day. Flies crawling on EVERYTHING, very nasty. We had to keep shooing them away from our food and beverages. Also had to ask a team member to wash a table for us as they were all dirty. One staff member was mopping floors then went right back to serving customers (getting ice cream treats) WITHOUT WASHING HANDS! In addition to dining room being nasty the restroom was the absolute worst I have ever seen. It was the women’s restroom and it was grotesque….poop, pee and “other” ladies fluids on top, sides, inside and under seat of the stool…disgusting! Not sure if men’s room was as bad…
