I tried Mural’s for the 2nd time today. Got the lunch special- — chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, white gravy, black eyed peas, corn and a roll. The mashed potatoes, roll and black eyed peas were excellent. BUT the corn had a seasoning I didn’t like and tasted old and the ck fried steak was a fried frozen premade thing. Mural’s: If you are not doing your own ck fried steak, then just don’t do it. The frozen premade patties are nasty.

Food is great and atmosphere is great but they are always shorthanded. In this day and time, it’s an unfortunate reality for most buisness owners. They are doing their best. Just have patience. Try the gumbo and brisket sandwich for sure.
