Called to place an order for an online special because the website had a glitch and the staff wouldn’t honor the price..it shouldn’t matter that you need a code..there has to be a way to enter in a price for something. Not pleased at all

Ordered online. Got the notification that my order was ready. Go to pick it up only to be told they’re out of the big new yorkers but the have large hand tossed. I asked for my order to be canceled. She says she can’t void my order so she added something free so she could take the pizza off, but I didn’t get my money back. I’m highly disgusted with the service at the Crater rd Pizza hut in Petersburg Virginia

I normally don’t go to Pizza Hut because I personally like other restaurants for pizza but I decided to go in and it wasn’t a bad experience. Affordable, I ordered a large pizza with three toppings and it came to just a little over $15 with a coupon. The restaurant itself is not seeing sit down customers, only pick up and delivery. The staff were present but not that friendly. The establishment itself was clean for the most part. I called in my order and it was ready when they told me it would be.
