Mostly known for breakfast, we offer a great brunch menu 7-days a week from 7AM until 2PM. OVR offers fresh made, home style meals. Most everything is made from scratch using old family recipes.

Went here for brunch on 7/21. The biggest thing around this town is all the major restaurants are packed out the doors and have a hour long wait which gets extremely frustrating. Came here on a whim since it didn’t scream ”tourist spot”. We were able to sit down immediately and order food. The pancakes were fantastic, the eggs were cooked perfectly and overall the food is great here. Ocean view is a great spot to eat at. Definitely recommend especially if you’re looking to get away from the “touristy” restaurants around town that have extended wait times to even sit down.

We had a great breakfast on our way home. Scrambled eggs were not over cooked, pancakes, home fries, toast and sausage were all great! Coffee was nice and hot also. We will definitely go back when we are in Bethany!

We visited this morning for breakfast. Super friendly and prompt staff. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Food quality is about the same as it’s been for years, lower end but still ok. Prices have increased but food quality hasn’t. The inside has been redone and looks great. Wish the food quality reflected the prices. Nice little spot that is low key, quick and great staff. Nothing fancy or high end here.

Have eaten here many times and the food was always good. Yesterday the French toast was not too good. The sausage was one big fat link (not my preference). I would still go there again.

2 of us stopped for lunch at 1:15 and were meeting 2 others there. we were told they would not seat us until the other two arrived even thought there were many empty booths and tables. Then they put us in a little booth where my husbands and my shoulders were locked together. We were so uncomfortable, i asked if we could move to one of their larger booths. We were told no and if we sat there, no one would wait on us. Sooooo we had to leave and eat at a different restaurant so we could eat comfortably. The 4 of us won’t be going back. They were rude and not accommodating. My first time of leaving a restaurant before receiving my food.

Do not go here. There are new owners and the new owner doesnt have a clue what he is doing nor does he help any of the employees or kitchen staff when it is busy. The two of us got pancakes and it took well over an hour for our food to come out after ordering. The lady next to us waited an hour and a half for her food and had to leave before she even finished. The new owner needs to make some serious changes or he is going to run this place into the ground. A sorry excuse for a restaraunt owner and he should be embarassed.
