Never ceases to amaze me, boyfriend and I went to panda express for lunch today on his break and of course the food was gross. The noodles had no flavor. They gave me five shrimps for a bowl. I thought it was one scoop I could totally be Trippin and my boyfriend was a plate and he asked for two servings of orange chicken. Orange chicken tasted old and so did spring rolls. I’m starting to give up on this place. Also drive-through lady spilled soda all down my boyfriends sweater sleeve then when I proceeded to ask for a napkin, she said they’ll be napkins in the bag.

Employees are rude and act like you bothered them. I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 plates I only received one fork no napkins no sauces that I asked for and when I asked the employee he looked annoyed that I asked for a second fork for my 2 plates. He kept closing the window and tried to wait for me to drive off when all I wanted was napkins forks and sauces for the food I ordered. EDIT: Decided to give this location a second chance after the last horrible experience 7 months ago and was met with another horrible experience. Ordered Broccoli Beef and only got Broccoli. Food in my family meal was not filled. Got a family meal and only got 2 fortune cookies and no utensils.

No chow mein, no white rice. Missing half the entrees. Juiced out, bottom of the barrel portions and half an hour waits. Staff was all over the place and couldn’t work the register. Had to deal with a 10 minute cash/not cash snafu as a last pit stop on this journey. Didn’t offer us anything. Not even utensils or fortune cookies. I’m Just visiting for vacation and this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. That’s bad, being I currently live in Reno.

Fast service. Food is everything you’ve come to love from Panda Express. Employees in drive-thru often forget my sauces and forks. They are also impatient when asking to fulfill missing items. They do not regularly ask if there’s anything else I may need.

This is the 3rd time in a row they’ve had me pull out to wait for food. They forgot about me 2 of the 3 times and had to go inside to remind them about my order. The 3rd took 20 min. To supposedly have fresh food but was nothing but old soggy food. When it’s good it good, when it’s bad it’s really bad. More bad than good unfortunately.

Visited during spring break, no crowd in lunch time. Quick and nice service, staff welcome everyone when they came in. fresh made food and large portion. Nice and clean dining area, hope we have the same level of Panda Express in where we live.

Got a bowl of chowmein and honey walnut shrimp. And both taste bland, it is tasteless at all and does not taste like they are fresh.. and even gave us a small portion. My Instant noodles is better than this place. My only 1st and last time going to the place. SMH.

Panda Express is a family favorite. This is my first time at this location. Place was crowded but the line moved fast. The staff is friendly and greeted everyone that came in. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated.
