This place was great for a quick sit down meal. I went at around 5pm on a Saturday. It wasnt busy, they had some take out orders but no one else was there. I had a squid karaage to start, which was great. I recommend this. It was hot and crispy with a light batter. I also had the spicy chicken tantan, which i wish was spicy but it absolutely was not. I asked for hot oil and it didnt seem to do the trick either. Maybe my tolerance for spice is high however i did really enjoy it anyway. The ingredients were fresh. The tea egg was done perfectly. I would come back and bring the family for a nice, easy, local dinner or lunch.

**Updated on 4/30/23*** We just ordered the same exact meal to go because it was such a rainy day. They pack the broth separate from the bowl of ramen ingredients. You add it when you’re ready. I can’t stop eating the spicy chicken tan tan. It was absolutely delicious. Plentiful portions & perfectly hot.

Delicious! Lunch with the kids was wonderful. We had a great time. This was our first time here, at this fairly new restaurant in Bellmore, 316 Ramen and it was delightful. The broth, ingredients was just right and so were the portions. We each tried different bowls. And each were as wonderful as it looked. We can’t wait to go back. It’s a date.

Very nice restaurant with very friendly staff. I went in for lunch the other day, and the service was amazing. Greeted right away, friendly staff, and the drinks were always full. The restaurant had a great feel to it and was super clean.

I absolutely love it here. The establishment is so clean and inviting. The staff is so friendly and engages with their guests. I frequent here often and I am never disappointed. The food is soo delicious and fresh. If anyone wants a nice relaxing lunch or dinner definitely try 316 Ramen, you do not know what you’re missing out on.

Awesome ramen spot. They make fresh noodles and have a variety of types of ramen. We usually get the tonkatsu ramen and the shrimp ramen but I always request to swap the noodles in the shrimp ramen to the fresh. So delicious!!

Ordered for takeout, looked so good I dined in instead. The woman at the register was so nice and allowed me to stay. Customer service was amazing. The ramen itself tasted GREATT I even finished all the broth. Proportion seemed small at first but filled me up fast. However, I didn’t like that I spent almost $20 for two pieces of meat. I’d recommend if money is not an issue, ask for extra meat.

316 Ramen is one of the most traditional Ramen places I’ve been. It was phenomenal from pork to broth, the shoyu bowl that is. Their cold brewed tea happens to be the best drink I’ve ever had from any place I’ve reviewed so far.
