We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I decided to try the $5 meal deal I seen on the sign. It comes with a drink, small fry, chicken bites and a burger. You can decide between the checkers burger, mushroom swiss burger or the bacon cheddar crisp burger. I got the bacon cheddar crisp and add lettuce to it. Thank goodness I did because I had wayyy more onion than bacon. The fries were nice and fresh however the chicken bites were dry, hard and tasteless.

0 stars for me, January 2, 2023 Thursday afternoon, missed the order intercom, and when I got to window the manager told me that I have to go around and order trough the intercom! There was NO ONE in front or behind me, completely empty, no one at the window, no one at lane 1 or 2, open for business and she send me to go around again to order trough the intercom when I’m there at the window and no customers behind.. Now it makes sense why it was empty, NEVER AGAIN!

I came to this checkers for food and I was greeted with a closed drive thru and an employee talking loudly on the phone. When I went down to ask, the employee told me that they were only serving mobile pickups and applications like Uber. It had already been hard for me to decide to come. eating at this place to have to lose my trip because someone did not want to do their job.

My food was cold and very old. You can tell that the food had been sitting for a long time. I wasn’t greeted upon pulling up to the window. The customer service was very quick and not friendly although there was only 1 other car in drive thru. I was extremely disappointed because my daughter really wanted to enjoy her food and couldn’t.

Service so bad you could literally cry. Walked up to the side window after being told wings would take 10 minutes, ok no worries. Wrong drink because of the stupid automated voice ordering system, I’m waiting at an open window and an employee comes over to not ask what’s wrong but to slam it in my face and make me wait till my wings are done to let me ask about my drink.

Great place to get food quickly. My order was made fresh and arrived quickly. The food was hot, drinks were ice cold, and the fries where perfectly crispy. The employees are very fast and friendly. My order was correct and nothing was missing in the bag. This location is very easy to get in and out of quickly.

Terrible experience from start to finish. We placed an order with the automated system in the drive thru. When we got to the window to pay, we weren’t greeted or spoken to at all by the kid at the window. I gave him my debit card, he swiped it and handed it back to me and closed the window. A woman then came to the window and asked me to pull into the parking lot and they would bring out my order. We waited in the parking lot for 32 minutes before my son went to the walk up window to see what was taking so long. The same kid from the drive thru answered the window. He started to try and take my son’s order, but when my son said we had already ordered, he just replied “okay” and shut the window. 10 minutes later, the same kid walks out to our car, asks what our order was, and we tell him. 3 minutes later, the same woman who asked us to go to the parking lot comes out and asks the same question. She then replies that the “fried mushrooms” we ordered were out. We waited a total of 55 minutes before getting our food. A “fry lovers sandwich” was missing from our order. My son again went to the window, but was given a large fry instead. It would have been nice to know that the item that was out of stock was removed from our order, and asked if we would like another item instead, but that didn’t happen. We also never received a receipt for any of the food. $26.82 for an hour wait and a messed up order. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else but here.

I’m an honest reviewer and I will give credit why it’s due. Food is great but the service is horrible especially at night. Last time I went here I was waiting in line for about 26-30mins, didn’t even order yet and cars started pulling off. Next thing I noticed 3 workers outside chatting and laughing while the line didn’t move. I love checkers but they need better employees and more people working.

First time I have eaten at this location because even though I drive by it everyday it’s on the wrong side of the road from where I’m going. By far this is the best checkers I have been too I will go more often now. The food is cooked good no over cooked bacon or fries everything is cooked to perfection so even someone like me with no teeth can eat. Food was hot and fresh and the wait wasn’t nearly as long as all other locations with bad food and horrible customer service. This store had amazing food and good customer service. I do know the employees make the location so hopefully they keep hiring good people to keep good food and customer service. I didn’t take pictures of the food I was too busy eating it since it was so good. I ordered through app I did have to make sure of the address because it wasn’t posted anywhere other than that no problem
