Customer service is below standard on Monday 12-19-22 at 540pm order was called up but no one even thought to give who were waiting for their orders until I had to speak up! They act like we were on their time especially the supervisor. One employee elected to hand us our orders by the name of Doug (of memory serves me) say the problem and addressed it quickly!

This is our go to spot as we live in rural East Alabama and have few options in our area. That’s not too say we don’t love the quality and value afforded by Marco’s. The pizza is great and consistently made. Delivery service has always been polite and respectful!
