I ordered 8 sliders with no onion and extra pickle in the drive thru. First time they gave me no pickle and extra onion, so I drove back around and waited in line to get my order made correctly. The 2nd time they gave me 8 plain sliders, so I drove back around to the speaker to tell them and have them remake it again. They requested that they just give me a cup of pickles to fix their mistake, but I told them I would like my order made correctly. They took my sandwiches back and gave me 8 sliders with pickles, but I only the sandwiches on top had the EXTRA pickles I requested. The sandwiches on the bottom of the bag still only had 2 pickles or 3 tiny pickles. 3 tries and still messed up my food.

No Excuse!!! Can someone say Lawsuit!!! Nasty and always dirty. Today I walked in to this mess and after deciding to dine in to see how this thing panned out. Sure enough, 30 mins later no one came out to do anything about it. What could take an employee 5 mins to clean up. Management decided instead to send two employees on break leaving the lobby full of standing water and trash. Unbelievable!!! Poor management. Step it up people. Nobody wants to experience your trashy lazy lifestyle!!! Last time I was there they decided to wash out their trash cans on the sidewalk so customers had to walk through soggy napkins and food particles and track it inside the restaurant. Stupidly!!! Good luck if you decided to eat here.

Just went through the drive through it’s 12:14 am, you all close at 3, correct? Okay so I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, which is what I always order. One of the main reasons I do is because I know it’s made FRESH. While ordering I was TOLD “it’ll take me a while to make the bacon”. I wasn’t sure what she wanted me to say however It was clearly a inconvenience for her to make the bacon. So I asked… okay how long will it take? She said she couldn’t be sure? Obviously she doesn’t want to make it… so I said forget it and ordered something else. Her attitude clearly said it all. When I got to the window she wasn’t any friendlier… she had to ask the manager for change which upset her as well? I had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my food… which obviously my sandwich could’ve been made. This was the first time I’ve ever been told it’s pretty much going to take too long for someone to make what you ordered so You should order something else. Last time I was missing fries. If this is what White.Castle is… then maybe I should stop going. I’ll be contacting management in the morning.
