Holy cow why was I ordering from papa johns or Pizza Hut? You guys have the best pizza from all the chains!! Wow wow wow it was amazing you pay for extra toppings and they actually put them on. The cheese was great quality, the sauce is perfect, the crust is wow best pizza in town!!

The worse pizza ever gotten. Publix frozen pizza is ten times better then this pizza. You open the box and the pizza looks like part of the cardboard it’s in. The taste was horrible. I also order a calzone and it wasn’t the greatest either. The out side was over cooked and the side was soggy. I could have spent 50$ on better food. Never again. I have no clue how this place has a four star rating.

We are slowly trying out all of the pizza places after moving to the area. This one is near the top. The pizza itself reminds me of Pizza Hut but the sauce is 100x better. The pepperoni is perfectly cooked so the centers are soft but the edges are crisp. We didn’t know that you could season the crust on our first order but we will be trying the garlic on our next one. I liked that you can text your order in and get a discount. Delivery was fast and the driver was nice. Would definitely order from the again.

Absolutely, horrendous service!! I ended up having to drive there because no one would answer the phone. My delivery was already over an hour late for our special needs kiddos. I’m an educator so leaving school is tough. I arrive to Jets Pizza to an the employee on a personal phone call waving his finger at me to hold on (hence, the reason he did not answer the phone for 45 minutes). 3 different people calling from 3 different phone numbers and this employee could care less about answering the phones. You can only imagine how many orders Jets Pizza missed out on due to this. This is the third time my order is either 1 hour later or not delivered at all. I was so angry I did not get the name of the employee from today’s incident. I never complain, but the employees attitude and disrespect for not only me, but for the business owner, left me no choice.

The food is great but the staff is rude when it comes to ordering before they close. The store stops taking orders 1/2 hour before close. I called at 8:35 to place an order for pick up and they said the ovens were already off. I live less than 10 minutes from the store and I could have easily been there before close. I will not be ordering pizza from this location.

My kid, who I purchased the pizza for, said it was ok but Nicole (that’s the name that my receipt showed) who took my order had a really terrible attitude and of course she messed the order. I didn’t say anything, just kept it and left. There are many pizza places in Boca so I can easily go somewhere I am treated nicely.

Usually they get the order done right, but today was very disappointing. We drive from Lake Worth for Jets. But today there was so much sauce and so little cheese. Pepperoni was very limited as well. Just bad tasting, we couldn’t eat it.
