If you’re picking up a pizza, go here, they make great food. However if you don’t give the staff an hour to make it or stare daggers at them while you remind them three times what’s on your pizza it’s not going to get done. Every time I come here the staff is high and unprofessional. How do you not know how to make a quarter of a pizza different than 3/4 of a the pizza, they straight up said they couldn’t do it before because that doesn’t equal a whole pizza. They are nice people in general but those three dim flames wouldn’t be enough to spark a bong if you know what. So that’s why the food gets 5 stars but the service gets less.

A company that use to be great. Now not at all. Horrible service. Store hours say they close at 8pm but this location chooses to make up their own store hours so they can pre-close cut corners and go home early. Lmfao what a joke. No wonder the other store closed.

Ordered three pizzas online to pick up at 11:30 a.m. today. They weren’t ready and when they finally got made they were miserable specimens of pizza craft. The veggie pizza had nothing but a little cheese, spinach and zucchini. Almost laughably bad. Heard the staff complaining about being out of onions. Surly staff, lousy pizza, big mistake. Papa must be rolling in his grave.

Went in to get a Garlic Bread Pizza on 2/26. Did not see anyone back there so I waited patiently for a minute. Saw the freezer door open and a woman came out and did NOT HAVE A MASK ON! she said hello to me while putting on her mask!? I asked for my pizza because i was just too stunned. She said they don’t make them till the afternoon and it was too early? I thought Papa Murphy’s was about making pizza on demand. I will never be back to this health violation again and I recommend everyone else do the same.
