Of the two locations in LJ,, my mother chose this one because she said it has better service. Well not this day! The worker taking our order from a stall was all confused and made several attempts to get her burger correct; not sure if he was a trainee distracted perhaps by a trainer, but he forgot one of the drinks (a shake) and a receipt when he brought us our order. Apparently the shake machine was wonky, but they got it working in about 10 minutes. However, since it wasn’t busy at the time, it would have been appreciated if the manager communicated with us about our order; we thought the worker had just forgotten about us because of the terrible time he had just taking the order. The manager made no apologies for the delay either.

Horrible experience. Guy taking our order could not seem to get what we wanted, which was not difficult. When we pulled up to window he informed us he knew exactly what we wanted and said in a condescending way that he has been working there for 20 years( like that is suppose to impress?!). The order was wrong, we waited forever for them to correct our order with lots of folks behind us. When we arrived home the order was wrong. The guy was rude and cheeky. We will NEVER go back! Food was horrible as well.

I was very thirsty and decided a strawberry limeade would be the perfect solution. It was. Ordering on the Sonic app saved me 50% and got me prompt service. I also like that the app allows me to request “easy ice”. Another day, I was hungry and thirsty. Placed my order on the app and everything was brought to my car a few minutes after I arrived.

I would love to give a shout to Mirna. It was about my 3rd time at this location. There is one closer to my house but I will be going to this one more often. The one closer to my house doesn’t have chili in the mornings. They tell me they don’t make it till 10:30. I even tried again when I noticed a new manager and still got the 10:30 response. Well I thought I’d try the Clute location to see if it’s the same response. Nope, I got my chili cheese fries with jalapeños at 9:30 am. No problems . I told Mirna my experience and she assured me that I can get chili even at 6 in the morning if I wanted . I will definitely be back!

It’s crazy to me that someone (Sonic Employee) would have the audacity to put these union rings in my bag and send me off my marry way. After a long day the last thing I want to do is go back to Sonic for new union rings. Totally not cool. Do better!

I sat in drive thru a bit and when I got to the window my 2 Sonic Blast were still sitting there while the window person was taking orders instead of getting my ice cream or to me so it was at least 1/4 melted and all waited on ice cream cone to be made. Not impressed at all with West Columbia Sonic. Next time I’ll wait till I get to another one.

They left an item off my app order. I came up to the drive thru the next day to see if they could fix it. A day had passed so they couldn’t look up my receipt with the ticket number and they said I should have called the manager last night. They were telling me I did the wrong thing even though they made the error. Other chains don’t even question me when that happens, because they get that mistakes happen, but Sonic needs a congressional hearing before they’ll admit guilt. Bad customer service, no accountability, and they’ll lose a twice a month customer over a 2 dollar sundae.
