If you go in not exactly the best customer service, but that being said. You can tell everyone there works super hard and I always get a good pizza. I will sacrifice a smiley face for hard work and a good product.

My orders are always late. I’ve even started leaving the house later and showing up well past the expected complete time, and the pizzas are still not done. What’s worse- they stop the “2 minute guarantee tracker” without actually bringing out the pizza so that their numbers look good. And then they have the gumption to apply pressure by presenting me the receipt with a space for a tip, even though I’ve already completed payment online. I’ve stopped tipping (I used to be very generous), due to consistent poor service. When the pizzas are done on time and the tracker isn’t prematurely stopped, I’ll resume tipping for curbside pickup.

This location(maybe all Domino’s stores do, I don’t know) uses a call center, not the actual store, to place orders over the phone. That by itself, all other things ignored, is reason enough to leave a 1 star review.

I ordered a pizza on Christmas eve, and I have to say those guys working there were extremely busy. And my pizza was made perfectly. I wish I could afford to tip the staff more than $25.00. I thought they all deserved at least $20.00 a piece. Thanks guys. Hope they didn’t have to work to late.

The two stars are because the pizza was good. I should have read the reviews that warned about the call center. I had no idea that when calling the Evergreen number you would order from a call center and not the people working there. I was asked if I wanted to order the $5.99 medium pizza special and I said yes, plus I would like to order a gluten free pizza and have the same toppings on both. When I went to pick it up the medium pizza was $13.74 instead of $5.99. The small Gluten-free pizza was $14.49 as expected. They blamed it on me and the call center and said it was my fault that I had not pressed ‘2’ when I called! So apparently their set up tricks you into having to pay more.

Don’t order from here. Not reliable. Called them to confirm if they deliver to my address which is 18 minutes away and they said yes. I said great, I will give you a call back in about 30 minutes. Called back, confirmed shipping address again. Placed my order. $85 for a large group. Paid for it and was told it’ll be here soon. 1.5 hours later I get a call from the delivery driver confirming my address. I confirmed it and he said okay, I will be there soon. Another hour goes by and I get another phone call from the dominos kitchen explaining to me that they are busy and can’t make my delivery.

Domino’s apparently has a new system. Evergreen Domino’s now uses a call center when calling to place an order. It was difficult but not impossible to understand the person I spoke with. I placed an order for a medium 3 topping pizza and cheesey bread with a side of marinara sauce. The operator confirmed my order correctly. However the driver showed up with just the pizza. I can’t blame the driver bc he did not take the order so I paid him and tipped him accordingly. I called the Evergreen Domino’s he claimed just the pizza was ordered. He also said they don’t have cheesey bread at this location. I was told, from an undisclosed source, that orders had NOT been accurate since orders began going through the call center. I always try to place a positive in my reviews and I can positively say the driver was great. However I did not get his so I can reward him some kudos. Sorry.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do not order from here. It’s been 2 hours and still waiting on the delivery. I called to check in after an hour and they said ‘it’s almost there’. 55 min later I called again and now it’s ‘almost there’. When I asked for a refund he said there’s nothing he can do because the pizza is on it’s way?!? We have three small kids and it’s way past their bedtime at this point and we are still waiting on the pizza. If they had just been honest after an hour we could have cancelled it and fed the kids. Then the fast they wouldn’t/couldn’t give us a refund or even store credit for the order is absolutely ridiculous! Save your time and order from ANYWHERE else! – edited- it has now been 2 hrs and 20 min and out driver supposedly ‘got lost’ and is ‘almost there’. Still no pizza.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with one of the drivers. Ordered our pizza at about 730 and the driver got lost called me frustrated I try to guide him in to where we live and he still couldn’t find it. When he did find us he drove by screaming obscenities out the window. About 45 minutes later the manager of the store brought us our pizza. The food was cold and it took an hour and a half to get our food. Not one time or we offered a rebate or to have our food for free not that we were looking for free food but an hour and a half is a little ridiculous. I then proceeded to get a hold of corporate the following Monday and have not heard anything back from them at all. We will never order from Domino’s ever again

Ruined a 3 yr olds birthday. We ordered in the morning for a delivery at noon, at 12:20 we called and they said we should just come pick it up. When we got to the store they couldn’t find our order, were very rude, tried to tell us we didn’t order. I asked to see the order history, and boom there was our order. They then found it sitting on a table in the back cold. I asked for the manager, but the guy I was talking to said it was him- obviously wasn’t going to get any help from him as he’d already been rude and unprofessional. Needless to say by the time we got the pizza to the birthday party it was cold/borderline unsafe to eat. Horrible customer service, especially from a manager. Dominos should be ashamed.
