Went here for dinner Thursday. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and wife got linguini de mare. My spaghetti plate was huge, flavorful, and yummy. Could have used a little salt but that’s fine for me. I ended up taking half home. My wife finished her plate. Service was outstanding. A small restaurant so they were always asking if we needed anything. A pleasant surprise.

Small casual dine-in / take-out that is well worth seeking out. We eat here every time chance we get. Their sauce is the best I’ve ever tasted! We had the lasagna and the chicken Parmigiano. Both were delicious. See the before and after photos as evidence.

We got take out while traveling. The food was hot enough and good sized portions but it was really bland. I got the Fettuccine w/ added broccoli and the hubbs got Eggplant Parmigiano. It was like there was no seasoning; no salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, nothing. Some of the food must be good because the place was packed! I was mildly disappointed.

Tried Anthony’s for the first time today. We’ll definitely be returning. Chicken Parmigiano was delicious, and the spaghetti was really good. We will definitely be back to try other menu items.

We were heading to the airport and needed a good lunch. Stopped at Anthony’s in a group of 7. They were very friendly, very attentive, we had lasagne, salads, pizza and fetticinni alfredo and all was delicious. Very reasonable priced. If I lived in Sacramento it would be a weekly meal.

A quaint place in true Italian style. The Service was spectacular, The atmosphere incredible. The food….. OMG awesomely mouthwatering goodness. Went here with my daughter and grandkids for post graduation dinner. I would make a trip back up here from LA just for the food.

I was in Sacramento for a few days on a business trip and had a craving for something Italian. Anthony’s wasn’t too far from where my hotel was located so I decided to order the Pasta Carbonara to go and it was honestly one of the best tasting Pasta Carbonaras I’ve ever had with all the flavors just right. Prices are incredibly reason for the proportions since they all come with a choice of soup or salad & garlic bread. This should be your go to Italian restaurant for anyone in the Sacramento area!

Little family-owned restaurant, the daughter is super friendly and they all make sure you’re doing ok. Boyfriend and I love coming in on dates; every time we try something different and we’ve yet to be disappointed. Their food is not only cheaper than others, like Olive Garden ot even other family-owned, but they taste better. In fact, their garlic bread is one of my top favorites!

Anthony’s is “old-school” Italian cuisine, in the BEST sense of the word. My husband and I dine here at least once a month, and are ALWAYS beyond impressed with the quality, (quantity) and authenticity of their food. The scratch-made Lasagna is delicious; the Fettuccine Alfredo is the best alfredo sauce I’ve ever had; and the Eggplant Parmesan is simply the best. The place is tiny, but that just adds to the old world ambiance. Casual and the service is delightful. You can’t go wrong with Anthony’s.

This is a small but super delicious place. I am really happy I live in further away as I would go here quite often. I go out frequently to a bunch of different areas and the price here is fair. I used to go to Bruno’s in Livermore and when I moved here I was so happy to find Anthony’s. Family run and some of the very best service. The picture I added here is Cioppino. It is a seafood stew in tomato broth. It is soooo good! For years I have been in search of a fantastic Cioppino. If you also love it come here. If you live out of town make the trip you won’t be disappointed. The first time I ever had Cioppino was in San Fransisco at restaurant on Pier 39. I fell in love it there and I continue to love it at Anthony’s.
