The guy that took my order over the intercom was politely, attentive, and did everything right so I thought I was gonna have a good experience… but when I got to the window, I wasn’t greeted or anything, just a guy stuck his hand out the window and took my card for payment… I ordered a chicken sandwich and a large shake… I got my shake almost completely melted and a good portion was missing(see photos) the chicken was dry and barely had anything else on it… final thoughts: terrible employees, poor customer service, and I felt that management was lacking in a major way, I did not like this Jacks at all and definitely will not be going back….

Tuesday morning around 8:40am I received the most disgusting food. There was grits spilling from the plate and the fact that I asked for no gravy, I received a nice helping of it in the bag and on top of the plate

This sas first time here. From the speaker I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and I asked for no pickles. She was very nice and polite. I got to the window, the woman at the window was nice and friendly. I pulled away. I started to eat my hot fries. I hit the interstate opened my burger and could smell the pickles from the bag, oh no. I opened the sandwich all the way up, seen no pickles but could tell that the pickles had been taken off the sandwich because of the indentation on the bun.

I’m in the drive-thru. Sat 3 or so minutes. No acknowledgement. Said hello a couple times. I hear ppl faintly talking. Took my order, 6 PC boneless wings with fries and a tea. For some reason there r hash browns in here like breakfast and no ranch for my wings. Receipt says fries. I didn’t ask for hash browns.
