Yeah I went in tonight and ordered a combination Burrito and they ended up given me a breakfast Burrito instead smh. I call to explain what they did to my order and the Manager refuse to give me the right order. I asked for my money back and she told no since it was my fault. How can it be my fault when they repeated my order back to me a combination Burrito is with beans beef cheese duh Not a damn breakfast Burrito!!! I will not waste my money on this place again they have bad service rude to customers, and they don’t use gloves when cooking food for customers which a big NO NO!!!

I ordered the buffalo chicken fries. It said it was a side but it is massive! I figured I would need a burger and and fries to go with it so I got a double cheese burger. I had no chance at finishing this meal. The burgers are massive and delicious! Thank you for the great meal, I will be going back for more! Next time I will only order one thing though.

Horrible service. Gave my child sesame seeds on her burger and she has a severe allergy to sesame seeds. When I asked to speak to the manager, he literally laughed about the situation. I asked for his supervisor and he said he has no way to communicate with this person. I will find the proper channels to report this as sesame is a severe allergy. We have ate here like sever.timea a month since they opened and always alert the staff to the sesame allergy and they take appropriate precautions until tonight.

The tortilla chips here were stale on my plate. What are they doing — putting leftovers on customers plates? Whether it’s passive aggressive and cowardly behavior or just incompetence, I don’t know. But I’ve learned to avoid this place like the plague. It’s way too much money to eat here. You can go to a higher class restaurant for the same or even less price. You know–a restaurant where a waiter or waitress actually serves you your meal and you don’t have to eat someone else’s drool-drenched leftovers.

Unfortunately, once again my order isn’t right. We ordered a chicken quesadilla and got carne asada. We called them back, went back and got carne asada AGAIN! All they say that they’re sorry and it’s a mistake. I understand mistakes happen! This has happen 4 diffrent times. I keep trying to give them another chance, since we don’t have many choices in town. We also ordered onion rings and just threw them away. Customer service is a hit or miss. Same with the food. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I’m so frustrated! I just wish that there was more quality in the food that we order and spend so much money on.

Definitely recommend. Excellent variety of food, nice staff, clean restaurant. We eat here often and like that each of us can order the type of food we are in the mood for from the same place. They also have call ahead and carry out for those trying to be safe during Covid. So glad to have this place in Cal City.
