waitress knew that cheese was yellow but knew no difference between American & cheddar . Got my drink order wrong. Food was horribly salty. For being such a neat & clean place they were very disorganized. Would not have given even the one star but for the cleanliness of the place. They should stick to snowball & ice cream..

The pizza that I got was OK. But service sucked!!! Every single worker was very unfriendly. I would try and make conversations with them to be kind. And they wouldn’t even acknowledge me and they just looked at me like I was a nobody. They kept looking at my hair I guess because it was purple and I had my sunglasses in the building. Which I forgot my regular glasses in the car and my sunglasses are prescription. And if I take them off everything is blurry. And as for purple hair. That doesn’t make me a bad person. I definitely won’t be back and I will go else where. I will find a place who appreciates my business and who is kinder. And I will be sure and tell others about this service. I usually support local businesses but I would rather go to a chain business before here.

I would absolutely recommended Scoops. The only reason I am not rating it 5 stars is I can see how nice it must have been to enjoy eating indoor. Dining out on the patio was uncomfortable as it’s only May, and already reaching 93°. I don’t know if the plan is to re-open the indoor dining area, but if not there others that do have dining inside just a block, or so up the road. They will be equally as happy to have your business.

I can only comment on their snowballs because that’s the only thing I got and that was through the drive thru which is d nice. I will not be getting another one. They only offer one size which is an 8 oz cup but that little thing that is $2 at every other snowball stand in the south is $4 here or $4.50 because I added condensed milk, which is my biggest complaint but for that $4 or $4.50 it’s not a great snowball either. the ice was chunky throughout and the syrup did not have a lot of flavor. not sure if it’s an old machine and doesn’t shave ice as well as the new machine does but I know for $4.50 I can get a better snowball from a few other stands. the service was good here so there’s no complaints there either and the wait time was great also.

This was our first time trying this place. Aside from the cheese fries being decent, the service was very slow and the female that took our order read everything we said back to us before we paid and they still did not give us our correct order.. after waiting 45 mins for it to be done and we certainly did not order much. After waiting so long you would think we would get our order correctly, would not reccomend eating here unless you have time to waste and want to reorder the same things you ordered initially.
