I spent almost 40 minutes on hold then they ansered the phone but said nothing 10 minutes before closing time, i could hear everyone having conversations and attempted to get the attention of someone but at 10 they hung up the phone. Im a frequent customer and was not able to leave work to go get anything so this was very frustrating!!

Will not be returning, I don’t know what happened but in the past the service was always pleasant and welcoming. I walked in and greeted the BM working behind the counter and he stared and didn’t say nothing back and had a frown on his face. The WM walked over and helped get the order but he was grumpy as well. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The pizza was okay but didn’t enjoy it due to the experience I had walking in to get it.

The people seemed more interest in themselves and the music that was playing other than the orders that were coming in. I personally ordered over the phone for pick-up and every couple of minutes the guy said hold on a second.. I ended up on hold longer than it took to order the actual pizza. Pizza was good I’ll give them that, they just need to focus on service appearance.
