My iced coffee is basically creamer every time. Every time I have to ask to have more coffee put in, and even still then I end up having to buy a black coffee to dilute it even more. And I like creamy coffee. But I don’t want a little coffee with the creamer!

This place cannot wrap their heads around the fact that when someone orders a bagel with cream cheese, that we actually want cream cheese on the bagel. I have come to this location countless times with the same order, an everything bagel, double toasted with double cream cheese. EVERY TIME I receive my order it has barely any enough cream cheese to cover 1/2 of a half. I then have to go back and ask for more cream cheese. I’ve talked to a manager about this, asked if there was another way to order so that it comes the way I want and nothing has resolved the issue. This has been going on for two years. It’s honestly mind blowing. Just put some freaking cream cheese on the bagel!

We waited 7 minutes on drive thru to order 2 cup of hot coffee that we were first car on the line. After 2 minutes we got COLD coffee, but we understood she was the one who gets order, prepares and serves. She was nice, but facility is under staffed.
