I thought the burger was a 5 out of 5! My family didn’t think so though. But I’m starting to think nothing satisfies them it’s like, bruhs, y’all need to just be content already But seriously, my burger was el Fuego and the service was great too. Most recent experience with my to-go order was atrocious. Forgot two of the regular fries I ordered, which is $9 I lost. Called the store and said I could only be issued a refund in person. Why would that be my problem? I ordered through the app, should be incredibly easy to do so virtually. Manager did not really care much. It was not busy at all either. I should not have to double check that my order is correct. This location has always suffered from terrible service to begin with. Please do not give this place your business.

So good! My friend and I came and got the breakfast all day burger and ultimate bacon cheeseburger. Tom answered all of our questions and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. One large fry was more than enough for my friend and me to split. The shakes were very high quality just like the service. Will be back!

The service here was phenomenal!! I asked the employee where the ketchup was and he went and got my wife and I ketchup – he insisted we remain seated. The only thing better than the service was the food…best burger I’ve had in Jacksonville! 5 stars is not enough. Will come back again and again.

Couldn’t find a good burger joint till I stepped in here, the payment system is very quick easy and helpful as well as the service. You’ll get exactly what’s put on the screen and for the quality and serving size it’s really well priced. Food is downright amazing and the milkshakes are really good. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting more than just a good burger.
