I can’t remember the last time I was at Five Guys. It has to be close to 8-9 years. I never had any issues with their food but I always thought paying close to $20 for burgers and fries were pretty stupid and not worth it. I came across a video of Five Guys on YouTube so I decided to stop by. After the visit, my opinion didn’t changed. Decent burger and fries but still overpriced. On top of that, now, I think their service sucks. Two of my burgers had wrong toppings. In fact, one of them was missing two out of four toppings I asked for. Hmm…. Sounds like this is a common problem with this location.

Upside down buns the complete wrong order. Everything on my receipt that was also tapped to the freaking bag was wrong!! HOW?!?! Read!!!!! Good lord!!! Basics!! Fire everyone and get people that read and have pride in themselves and their service.

Been waiting for this location to open and finally got there today. This location doesn’t disappoint. It’s still not the best location I’ve been to, but I can see it easily getting there. Nothing was below average. Service was A+. Food, B. Cleanliness, B+. Looking forward to my next visit.
