I have enjoyed Dairy Queen restaurants since I was a kid. They are everywhere. Sometimes a small roadside stand and other’s a big open restaurant with tables shaped like a plane(Rt 8 south of Franklin, PA). The ice cream is real and not ice milk or some other crazy substitute. Your food will be hot because it is cooked to order. You will encounter a line at the drive thru and inside too, but the service is worth it and the food is better. My favorite is the summer Blizzards. They always have new flavor ideas each year and also old favorites. Flamethrower burgers are also pretty great although you pay for them physically as you age. They’re still worth it. Take your kids or yourself. You’re never too old for Dairy Queen.

We love DQ ice cream cakes and my kids always want them for their birthdays. We ordered one and I called the day before to confirm my order would be ready for the next morning (had issues in the past.) The employee who took my call said that my cake was ready but never even asked for my name. (?!) He then lied and made up a name for himself before hanging up on me.

This is the worst Dairy Queen i have ever been to and its the district managers own store! My last two experiences with this establishment have been horrible! The first one i ordered two double cheeseburgers with ketchup only and received two doubles with ONLY mustard. The second time which was today, i ordered the 2 for $4 got the two tenders and also a cheeseburger which i stated clearly ketchup only. The chicken was old and chewy and the burger had ketchup mustard and pickle. Is it that difficult to take an order and make it properly? I will not be returning! I wish i could rate this with zero stars, because this store doesnt deserve one! They should be ashamed. UPDATE: gave this dq another try once again and still highly upset with the quality of the food. They slopped it together, the fries were ice cold, soggy, and the small french fries were hard as a rock! This is the district managers store and he allows his employees to do this? He should be ashamed of himself also! Great leadership!

I’ve never understood DQ and never will . After waiting 15 minutes, literally, we finally received our order . Half-way hoke we realized they’d forgotten Not 1 , not 2 but All 3 of the kids meals . We literally spent another 30 minutes there in line waiting to get it sorted out and get the kids thier food .

Update to owner reply–we won’t, but im sure thats not an issue for you….I totally undetstand the place was super busy, but I live all the way out in harborcreek and it was on my way home and once I’m home I can’t leave as I care for my elderly mom who cannot be left alone…and this sunday was for her…how is it I ordered a simple small hot fudge sunday and all really got was a cup of vanilla ice cream with a smidge of fudge on one side? So disappointing…
