At least check if the brown rice has been well cooked before giving it out to customers. The bowl is full of rice husks which can be felt with every spoon. Stopped eating after a spoons. Worst Qdoba EVER !

I love eating at this place but just recently the chicken quesadilla tasted burned and barley any cheese in it all the chicken peices in there are burned same with the bowl all burned they need to do a better job cooking there chicken then tasting like charcoal this is the second time this happened but I thought I would give them a chance no more

Absolutely the worst costumer service and “food” March 30 2023@ 6pm. I got my bowl for takeout since I live 30 minutes away. When I got home the chicken was burned black and hard as a rock. The black beans crunched as I tried to chew them. I spit it out and called talking to someone who rudely assured me everything on the line was fresh. I had to drive 30 minutes back to show her the Burnt slop they sent me home with. Instead of simply offering another bowl she argued with me at that point I asked for a refund. She refused again. I ended up dumping it on the floor as I left. I will never ever return again. Absolutely the worst.

Well — I’m a die hard chipotle fan but I stopped in Qdoba for the first time today since I was in the area, and I think I’m converted lol. Joshua was incredibly helpful and attentive! The food was amazing! I love that there’s no extra charge for guac! It was just a great experience and I will be back regularly

We really enjoy Qdoba, my husband gets a bowl and always gets extra meat which makes it rather expensive, but it feeds him for 2 days. I get the quesadilla with extra meat and i can also it it twice. I recommend getting queso on it. There is a Hispanic lady in her 40s or early 50s who is there a lot, I absolutely love her! She is a hard worker, fast, and always kind. There was a man who was eating out of the chip baskets with his bare hands and then wiped the crumbs off the counter and placed them back into the container!! That grossed me out horribly! Other than that, we have not had any issues here. His belly hung from under his shirt. He was very polite, and fast, but wasn’t clean at all. Thankfully he did put on gloves before preparing our meals.

I love this place! I am here often enough, but today I placed a mobile order and the bottom half of my order was missing from my burrito. Like they didn’t read the whole order. No guac, salsa, cheese or sour cream. Just a dry burrito. It was still tasty, but I was disappointed. Hopefully on future orders, they read the whole receipt.
