I typically don’t go to Waffle Houses because they always seem run down and dirty. I was convinced to go, and I really enjoyed this one. Service was quick and friendly. Food was good. The menu is limited, but I imagine that is by design.

Absolutely the best Waffle House in South Carolina! Bold statement I know but you will see for yourself. I am always greeted with a pleasant smile and good morning. The restaurant is always as clean as you would imagine and the food is always on point. Don’t go to Piney Grove Rd as it’s the absolute worst Waffle House anywhere!

Sitting in waffle house now. 653am. When I arrived there was no one wlhen the restaurant was empty. there was only one waitress a girl with with black and pink braids. I think I heard someone call her Mindy or something like that.. She informed me when I arrived that they were only doing dine in and only took cards. I said fine I went to my car to grab a scarf because it was cold. I came back inside and sat down still the only person there. I was completely ignored. Then five or six white construction workers come in. She goes immediately and takes their order. I say excuse me I’ve been sitting here being ignored. She said oh I’m going to put the orders in at the same time. I told her it was completely unacceptable. So my order is now mixed in with six other orders when I was sitting there ignored alone. Another waitress came in and asked me what I ordered and said she’d get it right out. But there was only one cook so there was still a significant delay and I ended up leaving. This service is unacceptable. The days of the racist South really need to be over. Needless to say I’m writing the rest of the review from my car because I left I will never ever come to this Waffle House again and I highly would recommend you avoid it as well.

Waitress at booth 19 at 7am this morning, was the worst waitress ever. She served the man behind us coffee refills and completely ignored us. We always tip 10 dollars at this location to help the servers. First time in my life I have only left a 1 dollar tip. She also messed up the order and never once asked how it was. We come here every Saturday. I guess Cracker Barrel will be our regular now. We are not offensive, loud, or obnoxious, just a middle aged couple that this waitress did not want to serve. Waste of 20 dollars today. The staff wanted to just hang out and joke with other instead of doing their jobs.

Ooooooommmmmmg. Best Waffle House I have EVER been to. I walked in and was immediately greeted by both Nick and Linda. Linda was my server. I sat at the bar and it was squeaky clean. I ordered a Chocolate Chip Waffle and a Sausage Hashbrown bowl, and a coffee. Got the waffle a few minutes later. The waffle was perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside and a pinch soft in the middle. The time management of the cook is excellent. I probably got my bowl 6 minutes after I ordered. It was very impressive and left me pleasantly surprised. Linda was appropriately attentive throughout my dining experience. I liked Linda. Not too overbearing, but attentive to my dining preferences. Also, I would like to complement the chemistry and professionalism of the staff. I have worked fast food and can empathize with the pressure of the environment. The staff looked like a beautiful machine and they appeared energetic and…happy. Whether or not that’s the reality, they sure are professional about appearances. Okay, I’ll stop now. Keep up the good work.

We arrived around 5:45 am. There was only a couple other customers in the restaurant when we arrived, yet it took the server more than 5 mins to acknowledge us. By the time we came to the table we were able to give our drink and food order at the same time. She then tells us she is going the have to wait 5 mins to put the order in due to shift change. We finally get our food, all except the waffle that came with my Allstar breakfast. I let the server know. After about 10 mins I asked one of the other employees about it and she said they were working on it. A few minutes later I hear one of the employees make a comment about the waffle being burnt. I assumed she was going to remake it but instead she brings it to me with the side that was least burnt showing. I flipped it over and the other side was completely burnt. I asked for another one and when she brought the new one, it was undercooked and mushy. At that point I just paid the bill and left. It is ridiculous that you can’t get a decent waffle at Waffle House anymore. I have never received such horrible service at a Waffle House in my life.

The cook served us all these grit balls and and burnt sausage knowing this wasn’t EATABLE! You too grown to be serving food knowing it isn’t right, it’s not hard to know when there is grit balls and sausage that burnt! Next time stop being lazy and make sure the food is correct before rushing it out!
