I ordered the exact same thing as last time only this time it was 4.81 more and she argued with me when the sign doesn’t say online only either. She also gave us the wrong flavored wings and I had to return to the store with our food now cold. She didn’t even offer to give us the old wings. Worst customer service and little Caesars I’ve ever been to! Also the only one EVER to not have peppers and cheese packets!

I have been here a few different time over the last month or so. both visits were dinner rush, one Tuesday and one Friday, both very busy. I had to what a couple minutes, maybe 2 -5 but every one of the workers were doing a great job and working hard to take care of everyone. Good job!

It doesn’t matter if they’re busy or not, this month, 3 months ago. Its almost always undercooked. Twice I’ve had to ask for a mobile order that was sitting on the table behind them. Crazy bread is always buttered with barely any parm, pizzas are so undercooked the cheese and crust are same color on a deep dish.

I placed my order online for a pretzel stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread. I arrived past time to pick it up. I waited 20 more minutes. My pizza was cold and it was the wrong pizza. I tried calling 3 times and they hung up on me all three times. I just became a Pizza Hut customer!

Customer service sucks! The lady with blue hair have the worst Customer service ever!! She took my payment then proceeded to go to the back to continue her conversation, 5 minutes later comes back and says “oh I forgot to give you the pizza”! Yesterday:Customer service is like trash in this place. I walked in to purchase a drink and the ppl in the kitchen just looked at me and took their sweet time to speak and allow me to place my order. I visited the Rincon, Ga location this afternoon and had a horrible experience. I ordered a 3 meat pizza and two ICBs (no seasoning). I was told it would be 10 minutes, so I went to my car to wait with my husband. Went back in when it was time and stood there, unacknowledged. I saw 2 ICBs sitting in the oven so I didn’t assume they were mine, other people could’ve ordered ICBs as well. I continue to wait but I notice the cashier give an ICB to another lady. I ask her was that my ICB she had just gave away, she seemed a bit embarrassed and said yes. I told her had there been proper communication, it could have been avoided. I wanted them to take accountability but instead treated me like I was overreacting. The entire staff was very rude and disrespectful. I expected much more from the on-duty manager and she was just as bad so of course the other staff was because she is supposed to set the example. I have lived in Rincon most of my life and as long as Little Caesars have been open in my town, I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE like I did today and it was DISGUSTING!!! Having a significantly delayed child who is very picky and always wants pizza, I spend A LOT of money at Little Caesars and there’s no way I should have been treated like that. Customer service is still a thing!!!
