Drinks are on point, but if you order donut holes (munchkins) you should know there’s apparently a glaze shortage. Also, the chocolate croissants are nice, warm, and flaky. Con – you literally cannot taste any chocolate; your essentially just eating a good croissant.

I come here multiple times a week. The manager is extremely rude to customers and her staff. She talks down to them and yells at them in front of customers. The first time she was rude to me I figured she was having a bad day. Turns out that must be everyday because she is so rude eveytime I go through the line. The food is hit or miss. I have recieved the wrong food multiple times or even had it missing the cheese on my breakfast sandwich. I hope that something changes soon because they will begin to lose alot of their customers.

I went through the drive thu and got to iced lattes with mocha in them I received one correctly and one was made with iced coffee and not expresso and I went back through to get it fixed and they gave me the same exact drink back they didn’t even remake it with the coffee stained sticker still on it and everything.

Tried this place twice and the food together significantly worse. First time my bagel was somehow burnt and cold. I decided to give them a second chance a few months later and it was worse. My breakfast sandwich had one piece of bacon cut in half, semi melted cheese, and the egg tasted like chemicals. The worst breakfast sandwich I ever had.

Have kids? Get the coolatas- quality well it Depends on the time of day. I’m addicted. Love Dunkin gooooo – I spend 10-30$ a day no lie. Time of day matters sometimes my add on”s or ice preference is ignored n I’m a regular so what? Come onnnn – I may say 4/5 liquid sugar canes n get none 2-3 times out of seven orders. I’m not a Karen so I move on. Manager would prob fix this im not a complainer. So the Sandwhich* sour dough breakfast is underrated! Great! big filling thick sandwhich ehh but again depends on the time of day- sometimes edges too hard but god it’s good. Starbucks don’t compare. I’m addicted I do have a favorite crew. I am not happy with reward system not going to lie I go 7-12 x a week and I only get enough points out of all that money 60-100$ for one reward (small) or might take two weeks to get a reward do the math. Drive thru very fast. On point. Again if u have kids mine like the coolatas and bites.

Went here and got food and 3 iced vanilla coffees all of them were horrible and they all tasted different even though they were supposed to be the same. Couldn’t even remember what we ordered and took 10 minutes trying to figure out what food we ordered. Customer service was horrible

I worked here and can tell you absolutely that it’s not their fault. I know the wait times are long, I know sometimes the drinks or food is made wrong, but most of the people working here are young and receive no proper training. ALSO — the donuts come frozen so stop expecting the most from them! Lol. Since this is still considered a new establishment, I feel that in time things will smooth out. The coffee is superior tho.

Have had good service here so far. Not sure who allowed that drive thru design, however, as it’s way too tight. I get nervous making the turn in my sedan! Do not recommend attempting to go here with anything bigger than a small or medium SUV. Your Expedition or full-bed crew cab pickup will not fit!
