Price is good, now if only they could get the orders right! They do fine if you don’t have any customization on your order, but if you add something it will probably be left off and if you take off anything, it’ll be on your item. The last 2 times I’ve ordered they have screwed up multiple items. Don’t know that I’ll be ordering there anymore since I never seem to get what I actually ordered!!

0 stars. This store used to be the best pizza in Pueblo, but over the last year or so they’ve gone downhill. Our last 3 consecutive orders have been screwed up (2 were fixed) but this order today was not fixable. I ordered a pizza with NO red bell peppers on it and lo and behold they were on there. To make matters worse, the pizza crust (thin) was not cooked completely and all the toppings slid off when you tried to grab a slice. I went to the store and showed Anna the manager the pizza as it was and asked for a refund. Anna stated their system would not allow her to give me a refund but she could give me a credit for a pizza and free dessert the next time I ordered, or they could remake the pizza. I told her I wouldn’t be ordering from Domino’s Pizza ever again due to the consistent problems encountered with their food quality. I asked for a refund again and was told their system would not allow her to refund the money for the pizza. I am escalating this issue to Domino’s Pizza corporate office for resolution.

I worked at Dominos for a long time and it’s still my favorite pizza my family doesn’t agree so I only order every once in a while when it’s for me. customer service use to be the most important thing. The motto when I was a GM was give the what they want and give them something extra… now it is you get what you get and don’t throw a fit. In the last year I have tried 3 times. First try an extra dollar tip was added to the bill against my wishes and the pizza was wrong. I called the store complained was told I was mistaken and hung up on. I reached out to the area manager and ignored. Next time 6 months later my pizza again was left bone dry after asking for extra sauce. This time I also reached out to the area manager again ignored. So last night I decided hey I want pizza… ordered it got there asked if it was made with extra sauce and I was told” if you ordered it like that it will have it” headed home on my 25 mile dive I find…. Not only cold pizza it was bone dry again. This is horrible service and horrible customer service. I would absolutely recommend if your wanting pizza In pueblo avoid Dominoes at all cost. This makes me truly sad to say as I always loved the product and the company but they are nothing like they use to be.

I placed my order online, the tracker said it would be ready by a certain time but it’s not ready. As I’m waiting for my order inside, multiple customers start coming in to pick up their orders. And one by one I hear them say that they have like 20 orders ahead of theirs and it’s gonna be a while. 3 of those customers canceled their orders. If mine wasn’t already paid for I would have cancelled as well. When you tell someone their food will be ready by a certain time you’re expected to have it ready. Otherwise why even have a time at all??? Not happy at all and next time I’m ordering threw Pizza Hut cause they always have it ready within the 20min.

Worse place in the world to get your pizza!!! I only eat dominoes pizza!! I order the same thing every time and I have gotten maybe 5 pizzas out of over 30 pizzas that was made how I ordered it. So whack. I even called this time to make sure they would make it properly and when I get home there’s more sauce on the pizza than cheese. I’m done ordering from you guys and guess I will be checking out some other avenue! Since you can’t even make a pizza to it’s order!!

It’s decent pizza sometimes my advice don’t order thin and crispy they just can’t seem to get it right at this store I always get 3to4 toppings and when I have tried the thin 2 times it was burnt both times and the toppings were not all over the pizza all the chk on 2 slices all the chili on 3 slices ect ect but the hand tossed is always on point.

I have ordered from Domino’s on multiple occasions a pasta dish that should not have cheese on it because I didn’t order cheese multiple times this pasta dish has had cheese added to it since I am lactose intolerant this presents a problem since I have to wait for them to remake it and redeliver it the solution is simple watch what you’re doing and make it correct the first time
