Drove thru, but after placing my order and getting to the window, the Cashier never opened her mouth. Shw didn’t greet me, didn’t say ‘here’s your drink’, just handed it out the window to me. Handed me my food, still smiling, but, never said thank you, come again, no verbal at all. I thought I was in a scary movie! Communication does not end at the ordering apparatus.

Went there last Sunday at Noon, I.e., lunch time. Waited 25 minutes to get through the drive thru. We finally gave up as the line was moving at glacial like speed. Not to mention expensive. The tab was over $21.00 for two hamburgers, one being a double. This store is a mess, no management, no service. Can’t comment on the food as we would probably still be waiting for it.

We were at the drive thru at this Freddie’s about 4:00 pm on a Friday. We were the only ones in the drive thru and there was one other car parked near the door…the place was dead. We waited for 20 minutes for 2 burger combos. I assumed we were waiting for fresh cooked food. The fries were soggy and cold, the buns were stale to the point of crumbling, and my burger was drenched in mustard. This is the second time in a row that our meal was not good at all. The other locations have excellent food. I will not be returning to the Lake St. Louis location and will tell everyone to go to O’Fallon or Wentzville.

Horribly long wait in the drive-thru, staff was lethargic and unfriendly. I was the 2nd car in line and it took over 15 minutes to get my two burgers. I was so excited to get a Freddy’s in LSL, but this place is disappointing. If it’s not Sunday, go to the neighboring restaurant for a much better experience with staff that actually smiles!

Been there twice now since opening and won’t go back until things change. Burgers are bland and over done, buns were stale and hard and fries were cold. The only thing good in our order was the vanilla shake and I spent $35 for this less than desirable meal.

I’ve only ever tried to go during lunch, but every time I have been to this location, it’s clear conversations amongst the employees take priority over customer service. Fries have been soggy literally every time. My biggest frustration is that I can always pay, no-problem. Then immediately, whoever I paid won’t be seen again. You can clearly see your order moving down the line, making it to the guy who makes soggy fries, and then your order just sits on the other side of the window for up to 10 minutes sometimes. Soggy fry guy won’t even look your direction when you’re trying to get his attention to just hand you the bag. So you get to sit and wait, watching your food get cold and soggier. Never have experienced a Freddy’s ran this way and probably just won’t be back to this location. Fool me five times, shame on me.
