What a huge dinner disappointment. Over priced crab sauce ragoons $7 for LITTLE TO NO FILLING. Now i’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, I did go in there at 8:50 when they closed in 40 minutes. Didn’t get a Fortune cookie or napkins or hot mustard. This place is 2 blocks from me and I thought I would try this place instead of spicy basil on Broadway. What a mistake I made. $26 later and I could of got better quality for less there. GO TO SPICY BASIL INSTEAD.

I can’t remember a time I ever reviewed. But just dined in and had a great experience. We ordered the pork belly bahn mi and haus pho meat trio; Brisket, rare steak, meatball are the trio. The pho is just the right amount of spicy for our basic white people pallets and the meats were yummy. The pork belly banh mi hit harder than the 84 bears defense. All super yummy. Would highly recommend.

The pho I had here was really good and a great pairing to a cold Denver night. I had the Haus Pho with rare fillet, which is the spicy version of their traditional pho. The noodles, beef, and broth were all good and the portion sizes were massive. I usually finish a bowl of pho but even on an empty stomach I couldn’t get past halfway on this bowl. I also tried the pork dumplings. They were good with the sauce that comes with them. I wish the sauce stuck to the dumpling a little better because it was so good. Thai tea was refreshing too. Service was great and the owner talked with us about local spots we wanted to try. I liked the hospitality.

I’m from San Diego and my family have 3 Vietnamese restaurants. I was excited to try a Vietnamese restaurant in Denver. I ordered the traditional pho and the spring rolls and crab Rangoon’s. The pho broth to me was ok, 7 out of 10. Remind you I have an Asian palate so it didn’t taste authentic and traditional at all. The crab Rangoon was yummy! The spring rolls were very fresh and the lettuce and shrimp were on point!

For a restaurant located near downtown and Cherry Creek, I was pleasantly surprised with Pho Haus. The food is fairly priced, the portions are filling, and the food is really good! For a $12 bowl of pho, they do not short you on anything. The bowl is HUGE! Most places would charge you $16 or more for their serving size. The service was also fairly fast and attentative despite being so busy! My favorite thing of the night was definitely the fresh pork patty spring rolls. I wasn’t expecting a crunchy element at all, but I think it was a very nice touch. I also recommend the raspberry tea, not too sweet and the perfect balance to a savory bowl of pho. The only criticism I have is that their spicy pho is not very spicy at all. However, that can easily be changed with some Sriracha!

I’ve been going here for 2 years. Seems like they recently changed owners. Prices are different and the Pho Haus HOUSE broth is different. Very fishy and overall different. Still delicious.

Wow. Came here for a light birthday lunch and split the Bahn mi with the chili garlic edamame, and I was so happy!

Pretty good overall. Ordered the traditional and spicy beef pho. Both were fine, broth was clean and on the lighter side, not much zing from star anise, small amount of herbs (see picture) but the deceiving amount of brisket was a nice surprise. The real star of this meal was the Braised Pork Belly, A FIVE-STAR DISH, that makes you just want to take the juice home and pour it over rice for the rest of the week. Not a fan of the westernization of menu, names of dishes and what not but flavors were mostly in tact.

This spot has pretty decent Vietnamese food. I enjoyed the tofu banh mi the most and would come again for it. This is the first place in Denver where I could order banh xeo. It was not as good as I had hoped but I’m glad I still tried it anyways. The outside of the banh xeo could’ve been more crisp and the inside more cooked.
