I recently visited Eataly on the Las Vegas strip and had a wonderful experience. The variety of authentic Italian foods and products available is impressive. The atmosphere is lively and bustling, creating a vibrant dining environment. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us navigate through the different sections. My only minor gripe was that it can get quite crowded during peak hours, making it a bit challenging to move around freely. Nonetheless, the overall quality of food and the enjoyable ambiance make Eataly a must-visit spot for Italian cuisine enthusiasts.

Enjoyed eating here so much that we ended up eating here 3 times during our trip. There was something for everyone, from pizza to pasta, to grilled meats. Really high quality ingredients.

Food was good, but honestly it all was missing toppings. Such as cheese. The chicken was dry, def was expensive for street style food. It is a fun atmosphere to just hang out and get kind of a quick bite to eat. I am not sure I would choose this over an Italian restaurant in a calmer setting.

This venue is charming with a few restaurants and shops. It’s a mini Italy. It’s walking distance from a few nearby hotels. Parking available in nearby garages. As I walked around I wanted to pick up everything! Fresh bread, meats, desserts just waiting to get in my belly. I tried pasta which was good. It came out hot and tasted fresh. I tried some bite size desserts. I don’t remember any of the names of the desserts but they were amazing! They were flavorful, not overly sweet and delicious.

Eatly Vegas offered a lot options for food and deserts (and coffee too). Love the vibe of the place but at peak times it gets very crowded and the wait lines and times can be very long. Highly recommend this place if friends all want to different foods.

Authentic Italian food court in the lobby of a hotel. Has little shops for canned goods, wine bars, seafood, butchers, panini, pizza. Incredible food, slow service. Burrata pizza was $22 a slice, but the best I’ve had in a long time.

Very, very expensive – 28$ for an appetizer portion of ravioli al plin and 38$ for shrimp skewers with no bread or anything…and its self serve. Food is very good but dosnt justify this price.
