Upon arrival they did not have our reservation for 6 for a birthday celebration. That said they quickly rallied, hence the 4 star instead of 5. That said they took great care of our party. Food was great, experience ww as wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

It was a bit pricey for the portion size we got. The food was good tasting. Didn’t have a lot of options that we thought we’d normally find a in bowling ally. The waitress was nice and gave us her host opinions on menu food items.

I didn’t try the food, so I’m not going to dig the place on that metric. The first staff member we talked to was nice, and he helped get us set up quickly. The service once we were at our (group of 4) lane was slow. The server was nice. She got us drinks, but I feel like she could have checked in a bit more. 2 people in our party started off with waters, and when she came to check in, they weren’t offered any other drinks or even just another water. The facility was also very warm. We started working up a sweat by the end of our first round. Overall, it is good value. I just felt like the customer service at the lane was a bit lacking.

I recently attended Bowl and Barrel with large party.. This was our first visit and the staff provided excellent customer service.. The process to reserve the lanes was also seamless prior to the date.. Thank you Abigail and Sabrina… Ms Abbey Ryan was our server and provided outstanding service for the entire party throughout our reserved time.. Elizabeth and Aza were also professional and made sure we had exactly what we needed during our time at Bowl and Barrel…All of the staff members were friendly and helpful… Strong work Bowl and Barrel Team!!

Came here for the first time, we were celebrating a friends going away military party. Me and my partner were trying to get a lane and they pretty much refused our service. There was 8-9 lanes open. Since we were with a party we then decided to go to the bar and get a drink, terrible service as well!!! Bartender was SLOW and RUDE! She took over 15 min to get our drinks and had an attitude. And to top it off they didn’t have straws, she said they been out for the past 3 days. Overall don’t recommend this place at all. Don’t waste your money here!
