I have ordered dinner from here countless of times and never had a problem till tonight’s order. Ordered a pizza, a sandwich, 2 cheesy breads, and brownies at 610pm delivery driver came at 635pm with the ticket but no order they called the store and said they wld be delivering it in a few than left around 645pm. I called at 730pm to find out where my order was and was told it was on the way. Once my order was delivered at 745pm it was barely warm and 1 of the cheesy breads was the wrong kind that I ordered 2 regular cheesy bread one with the marinara sauce and got 1 regular one and one with spinach and feta.

We eat a shameful amount of pizza, okay, and usually the food here is good and they’ve gotten our order wrong only a couple of times. We use this location because it’s the closest to our house and I like not having to drag my kids out of the car to go in. However, with the wait times I’ve been experiencing here, I could drive to any other pizza place that we have here in Cullman. For example, today I waited for my carside delivery for 32 minutes. I waited 16 minutes before calling the store and she apologized and said they’d have my order right out. I waited another 16 minutes before my order was brought out by a delivery driver who had seen me sitting there on her way in. Then, I tried to leave my feedback on their website and it just keeps telling me that I have to receive my order first… I don’t know if there is an issue with their “check-in” process or what, but this has happened multiple times with this Domino’s and it’s truly frustrating.

Absolutely horrible! My pasta was dry as the beach, bet there wasn’t 1 tablespoon of alfredo sauce in the whole dish. Pizza was overloaded with tomatoes and lacked bacon and was under cooked. I won’t be back!

wow this is the thinnest, worst made pizza ive ever gotten from Dominos. They went up a dollar on their 3 topping takeout special and halved the amount of toppings. Hard to tell from the picture but this is basically a cracker with melted cheese on it and the barest amount of toppings for it to not be considered a cheese pizza. If you had weighed all the toppings…it may have weighed one ounce
