What a pleasant surprise! We were relaxing in Saugerties for Valentines and opted to order from here instead of going out for dinner. Their chicken Alfredo and penne alla vodka were amazing! The garlic knots and garlic bread were also super good. Portions are very generous.

I haven’t ordered from here in about a year, and was very disappointed. I live just under 3 blocks away, and when I received the order, the food was cold. Cold! not even near warm. I also ordered the pizza with sausage, I’m still looking, but there is no sausage on this pizza. At least none that I can find. OK, maybe this was just an anomaly. Because in the past, (good food and arriving on time HOT) I will give them one more shot. But I really hope this was just an accident.

Owner is rude! When asked to use the restroom he said it was going to cost him money! No respect for senior citizens at all He needs an attitude adjustment. This was not the only time he has shown his wonderful personality. Will never step foot in the place again!

I love their chicken Alfredo specialty pizza was very creamy and delicious, kinda tasted like Olive Garden Alfredo! There plain wasn’t that great I think the cheese or sauce ratio is off it’s very greasy. The margarita pizza need a bit more mozzarella.

I ordered a large cheese pizza and 20wings and the total was $55.03. $55 FOR A PIZZA AND WINGS!! Then the pizza literally had no flavor it was one of the blandest things I’ve ever eaten when I say u couldn’t pay me to ever eat their pizza again im not exaggerating. I would rather eat my dogs food then ever eat their pizza again. Although I will say their wings were really good. But I suggest getting pizza anywhere else in saugerties or Kingston then village pizza specially $55 just for pizza and wings which I have to say I was disgusted bc if u google village and click on menu it says $17.50 for 20 wings so I ordered that and they charged me $32 for 20wings and when I said um online says $17.50 they said oh well thats old its $32 like I wouldn’t have gotten them then!!!

Staff must have been chosen for their propensity to never smile. From the start there was no feeling of welcome or service. Although I was the only customer, I got the feeling that I was interrupting by asking the price of a slice of pizza. When I requested water with my order I was told that the only option was bottled, which I avoid so as not to add more plastic into the environment. I was given a plastic cup and told to get water from the bathroom faucet or – it must have been the look on my face – she would fill the cup at the kitchen faucet.

we’re should I start I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ yrs . ordered like 3 nights a week. like tonight I ordered dinner bc my kids love saturday pizza night. well I ordered ceaser salad and got mustered flavored dressing so I called and the lady told me idk y let me give u another one to try so instead my son walked over to get it well it was the same one so I called back and told her I wanted my money back she told me to hold on and a very nasty man got on and started yelling at me saying well she already asked if u wanted money back u said no . I said no she never did and all he said is I’m not going to sit here and argue with u . one this is I wasn’t arguing simply just wanted my money back dressing was nasty. and after all that he then said it’s a supply issue and it’s different stuff then we normally put in it .. then the truth came out so I said bc he was rude I was going to take my business elsewhere he said good! just wow ! seriously. no a good place anymore bad customer service.

Owner is very rude and treats his employees terrible in the presence of customers. He apparently has this reputation among the community, and other businesses I was told. Obviously this wanna be tough guy manager has serious mental issues, and continues to tarnish the other businesses. Pizza is horrible, will not return, not recommended.
