Our baked beans are actually baked…in our ovens. We chop the onions, the peppers, the meat, and we bake them.
Our slaw is made in house, not shipped on a truck. It is slightly sweet without a bite, and it perfectly compliments the meat and the beans. It was not an afterthought, but was a carefully created part of the The Pit BBQ experience.
