Wouldn’t even let us inside to order so we had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes for to go. Get home and they gave the smallest portions we have ever seen at a chipotle. Usually we can split a bowl and chips between the two of us but tonight’s meal isnt even hardly enough for one of us and we dont eat a lot. Extremely let down with the quality of food and service. This company’s serving line is built on the idea that you get to see your food prepared to make sure it’s how you want it, in this case we were forced to order online for no good reason and couldn’t see our food because we wouldn’t have paid for it.

Don’t order online from this location. It is never right and the give you wayyy less food. Burrito bowl is 2/3 the size of going through the line. And I didn’t even get enough chips to finish the guac. This isn’t a one time thing either. It’s consistently 1/3 less food than going through the line.

I really used to love this store. I can’t even blame the store. It’s Chipotle as a brand. One day it’s digital orders only. Today, I order digitally, (I hate to do orders that way), but because they randomly don’t have enough staff and randomly do digital orders, I do it. ONLY TO ARRIVE, they tell me the DIGITAL ORDERING IS DOWN!!! We can ONLY order through the line!? Pick a struggle.

i ordered a delivery to my house, the portion was way too small for what they should have. i paid $15 for a very small bowel and i was fasting so it wasn’t easy going back to the store and changing it. this very ridiculous, the portions shouldn’t change if it is a delivery order especially that i paid more than i would pay in person.
