Despite the bad reviews, my wife and I stopped here for food real quick mid-roadtrip and it was honestly fine. The outside of the building looks a lot worse than the inside, the inside was clean and put together. The staff weren’t rude to us at all, they took our order and got our food out pretty quickly and then we ate here.

This location NEVER have crispy chicken. I come at least 3 times a week anytime in between 6 and 8 and they are always out of crispy!!! I absolutely loved KFC and be trying to give them the benefit of dought but when I say everyday for about a month now I mean just that. Then they are extremely rude with the delivery of the news it’s never done in a polite manner its like ok we out and….. lastly they refuse to answer the phones at all times.

Very horrible service. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 mins without anyone saying anything. We pull to the window and the lady was very rude saying “on God I didn’t hear u at the speaker” and y’all need to pull back around to the speaker. We asked for a manager and she was very unprofessional saying she not taking our order and we holding her line up and then she closed the window on us. I’ll never spend my money with this company very very unprofessional.

It was the worst experience I ever had, first off every one was hanging outside going back and forth to the kitchen touching food without washing there hands, the manager had no control the crew they was doing wat they wanted to do even the manager was hanging outside, the store was DIRTY as hell the chicken was burnt and the biscuits was DRY AND CRUMBLELY!!! I will never return to that store THAT FOOD TASTED LIKE BRICKS

Normally, I love the chicken from this location however the last 2 times we ordered the 8 pc with sides, the chicken looked liked it had been heated over again. We weren’t aware until we got home miles away.

This location has the worst customer service, the order I placed there was for 16 piece crispy meal, the waiter told me they were low in cooking oil so they couldn’t do the crispy mixed chicken, I settled for original, got home only had leg thighs, I paid 46.25, no white meat at all, called the restaurant ahead of taking it back no answer, drove back anyway asked for refund they counted the pieces, said 3 pieces was missing, only 1 had been taken out of the 16 piece meal let me know the order was not correct in the amount of pieces ordered, the cashier team leader said she was only refining according to the amount of pieces in the box, I told her they left off pieces, after a few counts of the pieces she decided to give the refund, I have never been so humiliated, they didn’t have enough oil to cook crispy, the number of pieces were off and all the workers were outside when I made it back there smoking in their cars. Please beware this location is not safe to eat at.

So the website say this location closed at 11pm, the sign at the restaurant say they close at 10:30, I made an mobile order at 10 to pick up 10:15. When I pulled up she stated they couldn’t make my order not only was she rude but I watch her and other Coworkers go outside to smoke. Hopefully they have cameras THATS THE PROOF.
