Waited 3-4 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was at register. Finally person at drive-through came to take my order. Waited 7 minutes while I watched the majority of staff chit chat, hang out and on their phones texting. I asked the person on the phone if they could please prepare my simple order, and they didn’t like my request. Waited another minute asked for refund, was called “impatient” while I watched employee stumble through how to refund an order. Turned around and left. This was all over a coffee and bagel with cream cheese. Complete lack of management, place isn’t very old but it is not as clean as it should be and the customer service is very poor.

I ordered two large coffees, exactly the same. This is what I get. I even asked are these two the same, and she rudely said yes. Clearly they are not but I was on my way to work so I did not have time to ask them to redo them. I had to mix both of them and split them back up and they still do not even taste like they should. I am highly disappointed as going to Dunkin is usually the highlight of my day, and the whole situation this morning just ruined it.
