I paid for a pizza through their own website and was charged but didn’t get anything because the manager named Robert was extremely rude and didn’t even know how the website worked to help me figure out how to get a refund since he apparently didn’t receive the order, (I doubt it) despite me having multiple receipts and couldn’t make me my pizza despite the fact that they didn’t close for an hour and a half… Worst pizza experience ever. Do not recommend.

genuinely the WORST customer service i have EVER received. the guy threw his tongs when i said i was still looking over the menu. When i asked for my stromboli to be cooked a little extra he said no, and then proceeded to leave it in the warmer for no exaggeration, 6 seconds. so not only did i receive cold food that had been sitting out all day, but the worker was rude and ensured to make my experience the worst it could be. additionally, he was not wearing gloves. do not eat here

This girl with the fake hair needs to be fired! Her co workers clearly don’t want to work with her and she treats customer like garbage. I have never been helped by someone that acts like this. Louis the manager is great. Always friendly and great customer service. That place gets busy and they handle it well and quickly. Always great food and I always return. I’ve been coming to Sbarro for years and this is by far the best team they’ve ever had. Foods never been better.

Pizza was okay although I didn’t really like the cheese but that’s just me personally. I was also disappointed I couldn’t try the spaghetti because they didn’t have anymore for the night; but the general manager there was incredibly rude! She had a rude tone, glared at my friend and I, and she had such an attitude! I’ve never been there before so I was very disappointed.
