Great Airport Sandwich Shop! I got a breakfast sandwich that was very good, bread (toasted) was great. Service was quick and friendly – can’t ask for more at an Airport and this is a welcome choice to other fast food chains. Meal was inexpensive too! Located in the D gate Food Court in the Charlotte International Airport

The sandwiches are very good, super fresh and there’s a decent variety. But the service was less than ideal. And the lack of availability is quite annoying. There were no milkshakes available (second time this has happened in my travels there) and there were several other things not available.

We stopped here for a quick bite waiting for our flight. They were swamped as would be expected in an airport food court. We were promptly served and the Wrecker sandwich was fresh and tasty. Be patient with these overworked employees…they’re doing their best to serve us.

Ordered the powerhouse salad. Was awful. Chicken quality as bad as it gets. Fake, pressed chicken. Pretty gross. Hope the chain realizes it’s worth an extra $ for edible chicken. Bad for employee morale serving that swill. $16 at the airport for leftover chicken pressed together.

Food was okay but nothing to write home about. We could tell the staff did not want to be there.

Food was okay. They move pretty fast , but customer service is horrible. I come here a lot during the morning, and have no problem.. Came later in the night and did not expect the service I received. Girl at the register was talking on the phone as she was ringing people up. Other employees laughing and playing on the line as sandwiches were piling up, People in and out the back. I ordered a veggie melt and received no avocado but got charged for it . Never will I visit at night again . Needs better management around this time.

Dirty and never does the shake machine work! I ordered a veggie sand it was lacking half of the ingredients. I thought give them another chance. Waited forever in line and ordered another veggie.

This was my first time eating here and it was a good choice. I had the Ham n Swiss all the way and it was fabulous! Well definitely return when I come back.

Airport chain restaurants sometimes give smaller portions. The portions here were good. Otherwise, it’s what you’d expect from an airport
