I placed my order on-line for pick-up. I waited 15 minutes and then asked why my order was not ready since it was supposed to be ready. The rude employee said. “if it’s ready it’s over there” and pointed to the PickUp shelves. Another employee made attempts to find my order. She eventually found it on the counter behind the register. Due to waiting so long (because I could not get the employees attention) I never got to eat my lunch. Plus the food was over cooked and did not taste good. To make this situation even worse, when I called and asked to speak to the manager, they hung up the phone. I don’t know what happened to this restaurant but I will never go back. I now know why the parking lot is empty most of the time.

Don’t expect them to get your takeout order right. Literally every single time they leave something out. It’s like a running joke in our household at this point. I don’t get how it can be this consistently bad. I am not a bad review person, but this has happened over a half dozen times to us now, and at this point I am just done with McAllister’s. Bye! Won’t miss you!

Cashier refused to give me a side Salad with a sandwich ( full). I was told if I wanted a salad I needed to do the pick two or purchase a full size salad in addition to the sandwich. That is not true!!!! I ended up getting a full size salad and being charged 7.99 vs the side Salad with sandwich….thus doubling my bill.

I am typically the ordering person when my workplace gets catering. We ordered catering ahead for Wednesday, the day of the big snow storm. Tuesday afternoon, the manager Cat called me to see what our workplace’s plan was for Wednesday. I work in healthcare so we were open, and Cat said if something happened with their staffing and they wouldn’t be able to complete my order, they would let me know. I greatly appreciated her communication and professionalism. She gave me her cell phone number to keep in contact if plans changed. The food arrived warm and on time. My staff was very happy to have warm delicious food to celebrate January birthdays on our snowy workday. Thank you!
