I went to California Tacos when it was still a food truck and am happy to hear that it upgraded to an eat-in restaurant. The birria menu is delicious! The beef is tender and the broth flavorful. I’ve only had the birria tacos and ramen so far, but I am excited to try the other menu items next time.

I didn’t get the hype. Birria tacos were basically soggy pot roast tacos. Nachos were good but pretty basic. Was $30 for 4 tacos (doesn’t come with sides like rice or anything) and an order of nachos. Staff was friendly and it tasted good but just average.

What an amazing and awesome place went there for lunch because my wife and I were at the Mayo Clinic and they did such a wonderful job. My wife and I shared the taco special and had four different meats. All in which were very delicious. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.
