My husband loves Taco Bell but every time I eat there lately my tummy isn’t happy. They didn’t fill his order correctly and he found a long hair in one of his tacos. He’s so nice he ate his food without complaining. As he says whenever you eat fast food what do you expect. I’ll opt for something else next time he wants to eat at Taco Bell.

Everyone at both locations and Ankeny is very nice and accommodating! I really like that the north location is open until 2 o’clock in the morning so when I’m working out at the gym late, I can go across the parking lot and get something to eat.

The people were nice but the food portion was horrible. Ordered a nachos Bell grande and they gave it to me and a half the size container they normally do. I guess they’re making cutbacks but still charging us the same amount. Just horrible. From now on I’m making my own nachos… All the manager says is that Taco Bell changed its packaging. Yeah they sure did.

I eat here way to often, the food is good 80% of the time (which is understandable because it is a Taco Bell) and the employees are always angels. There was a really nice manager who worked there for a hot second, Nick, I really liked him. However, new guy in charge, older guy, beard, wears a polo shirt, is not my favorite. While he’s working employees seem visibly stressed and the food lacks in quality. There was one time I had ordered a medium drink and the guy gave me a large and I heard and watched him get ratted out before the window even closed. Just rough to see, I hope they find a new manager or if this is the owner that he realizes the impact he’s having on his employees.
