Absolutely unpleasant experience at this location, to the point I highly doubt I’ll ever order from any of their locations again when I’m back home. I went late in the evening on Father’s Day, ironically, per the request of my father. Ordered the food, paid, and went “home”. I didn’t think I needed to check the receipt to make sure my order was accurate; it’s just a friggin’ coney dude.

I ordered 4 cheese coneys. I went inside to order the store was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone that wants good food and friendly staff. Keep up the great work. One more thing I would love it if doordash would allow us to order cheese on the side they used to do it before but the options is no more, when the cheese is not on the side it melts and then it looks bad so I don’t order from them anymore I just wait until I can get a ride. I would eat there more if they bought it back. Thank you

The person that took the order didn’t understand what I was asking. We first went to Kentucky ordered a chilli burger that was delicious. Come to Cincinnati they didn’t understand. Didn’t taste the same. I ordered the famous chilli cheese, which was good. Gold Star in Kentucky is the best franchise so far.

My fiancee and I ordered through the drive thru. We ordered a 4 way, 3 cheese coneys, and the parmesan fries. Usually everything is good here but tonight we were missing the cheese and onions for the 4 way and the fries had no parmesan cheese on them and very little aioli. The coneys were spot on as usual just everything else was missing ingredients.
