I have been searching for my favorite Mexican restaurant in and around tampa for so long now. So many okay ones. Tacos 4G is exactly what I have been looking for. This is the closest you will get to west of Texas Mexican food, this side of Texas. Everything is so authentic and flavorful. I will definitely be a regular here.

Dont judge a book by its cover. The inside was super clean, and the young man upfront was super respectful and helpful. Food was prepared fast, and tasted amazing. I wish I took photos, and they were closer. Only reviewed 4/5 because they were out of tamales.

This place is as authentic as you can get. There tortillas are home made. My favorite are their tacos de chicharon but they are always out of them. Thats the only reason I gave them 4 stars.

first of all —the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The two tacos we tried were fantastic and made to order. al pastor and carnitas and the green sauce and lime wedge gave the nicest compliment … it’s super clean and neat inside— the staff is friendly and helpful! It may not be traditional : but I wanted chips and salsa and did not see it on the menu- they have tamales and burritos AND they do catering . I will return!

I always forget to take a photo because I eat everything so fast, this is my favorite spot. I enjoy their tacos and sopes every-time! I usually always get shrimp but I’ve tried the chicken and steak and truthfully it’s all very well made.
