Boeay the store manager is rude. I asked for her managers number and she gave me customer service number like I’m an idiot. I wasn’t given all my order and per her they CANT resend the rest because it didn’t meet the amount requirement. I paid $5 for delivery and you can’t run me my food so I can enjoy my pizza as intended? I was offered a credit to get next time. It’s not a credit if it’s something I paid for and didn’t receive. That is in no way compensation. DO BETTER.

Pizza is good and what you expect from PJs. However, store process needs work. Ordered pizzas online. Papa track showed it as ready. Got to store and they said it was in the oven still. 15 minutes later, they said it wasn’t in the oven and they were a little behind. Another 20 mins later and another employee asked me what I was waiting on. The pizza have never been made and he tried to make it quickly. Multiple process problems obviously. Will try again and hope for improvement.

I’m really surprised at the rating this location has. We ordered pizza from hungry howies just down the road and we ordered online. For some reason, the store was closed and it still allowed us to order. When we went there to pick up the food only then did we notice the store was closed. We decided to come to papa John’s and the customer service was amazing!! The manager gave me a nice discount for my military service and what I’m going to assume was compassion for the situation we were in as we had to wait even longer to get pizza due to hungry howies being closed. The pizza was definitely delicious and I highly recommend this location. Thanks yall

Needs to hire delivery drivers instead of using door dash. Waited an hour for my pizza before I had to text the driver what’s taking so long, I would’ve never known, gotten my food, or ever a refund if I never said anything to them.

3 stars cause they’re new, I usually pick up my pizzas cause it’s cheaper but due to my pregnancy I can’t move around the way I want to (Partner is working around dinner time). Given it’s only 5 minutes away from us. Our last order took an hour to get to us. I get it’s a new location new staff and training, but the amount of going through third parties is a bit much. I made a call in order and was directed to a call center which was weird. If you’re looking for a job and have a car pls give them a call. I called the manager to see the ETA on my order and the poor thing sounded stressed. He mentioned he didn’t have any drivers. So I see the perk of using DoorDash drivers downside is I know they only pick up big tip orders. Our pizza was cold and dry. I’ll just go back to the one on memorial for now.

I have always liked Papa John’s. I ordered from their app and it is usually filled by the business on Memorial Blvd. However, this last time it was fulfilled by the new Papa John’s on Lasscassas Pike. The pizza was well over done with burned spots on the crust. It was dried out and tough. I ordered one Philly cheese steak papadidas and it was over done. It had maybe 3 tbs of beef on it and pretty much nothing else. The flat bread was tough and over cooked.
